1. Acceptance and Scope
By using twicebornministry.com or any TBM service (site, courses, AI tools, books, downloads, community), you agree to these Terms. Enrolled Members and Students are also subject to the Member and Student Agreement for enrollment-specific dispute resolution.

2. Ministry Purpose — Not Professional Advice
TBM provides gospel-centered religious and educational content only. Nothing here is legal, medical, mental health, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals and comply with applicable laws, including homeschool rules in your state.
3. Content “AS IS” — No Warranty
All content—including KJV study aids, courses, and AI-generated or AI-assisted output—is provided “AS IS” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. AI outputs may contain errors. Verify important matters with Scripture, mentors, and independent sources. No guarantee of employment, licensure, transfer credit, or accreditation recognition.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, TBM and its board, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Services.
Where permitted, TBM’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or fees you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; liability is capped only to the extent allowed by law.
5. User Responsibility and Misuse
Keep account credentials secure; use Services lawfully; no harassment, scraping, or abuse. You indemnify TBM for claims arising from your breach, misuse, or negligent/unlawful conduct, excluding TBM gross negligence and matters where indemnity is prohibited by law. TBM may suspend access for violations.
6. Third-Party Services
Third-party links are not controlled by TBM. Purchases may use Easy Digital Downloads and Stripe; courses may use Tutor LMS. TBM is not liable for third-party processor errors or outages beyond reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
Ministry content is owned by TBM or licensed to TBM. Enrolled users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or enrolled-family educational use only.

9. About Twice Born Ministry
Twice Born Ministry is a Christ-centered educational ministry. Bible School and related programs are ministry-led offerings governed by board-led bylaws. Governance terms are in this Agreement and the Member and Student Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution; Non-Members
Enrolled users follow the Dispute Resolution Policy and Member Agreement before external court action where permitted. Non-members have no standing to compel TBM curriculum or ministry conduct changes—see Non-Member Notice.
11. Governing Law; Changes
State of Ohio; severability; TBM may update these Terms by posting revisions. Continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
