TBM Member and Student Agreement
Version 1.0 (draft) · Twice Born Ministry · 167 Richmond Street #1003, Painesville OH 44077-3254
1. Definitions
Member: accepted TBM or TBM-AA participant in good standing. Student: enrolled learner (including homeschool via parent/guardian). User: anyone with an account or using AI, community, or educational services. TBM-AA: internal certification only—not regional accreditation.
2. Scope
This Agreement covers Bible School courses, digital content, AI services, community features, fees, and related enrollment. It supplements the Statement of Faith, bylaws, and policies linked at checkout.
3. Gospel Mission
You agree to conduct consistent with our Statement of Faith and to refrain from conduct that disrupts instruction or the ministry witness.
4. Internal Dispute Resolution
Before external court action regarding educational services, you agree to complete our Dispute Resolution Policy: written notice, good-faith discussion, binding mediation, and internal board/church review where permitted by law.
5. Waiver of Litigation; Class Actions
Where permitted by law, you agree not to pursue court litigation against TBM regarding educational services until internal dispute resolution is exhausted. This does not waive criminal reporting, mandatory consumer rights, or other non-waivable claims. Where permitted, you waive class, collective, and representative actions.
6. Non-Member Standing
Non-members, non-students, and non-users do not acquire contractual standing to control TBM content, AI conduct, or educational methods for Gospel furtherance.
7. Transparency
You acknowledge published fees, TBM-AA internal accreditation (not regional), AI-assisted instruction, ministry-led governance per bylaws, honest certificate language, and parent responsibility for homeschool law compliance.
8–10. IP, Indemnity, Disclaimers
Limited personal educational license; reasonable indemnity excluding TBM gross negligence; no guarantee of employment, transfer credit, or external accreditation recognition.
11. Governing Law
State of Ohio; severability; entire agreement; board-adopted amendments with notice and renewed acceptance where required.
