Twice Born Ministry (“TBM,” “we,” “us”) operates twicebornministry.com and related Bible School, store, and ministry services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our site, create a student account, enroll in courses, purchase digital products, or contact us.

Information we collect

Account & student data: name, email, login credentials, enrollment and progress records, quiz/assignment submissions, and optional profile details you provide.
Orders & payments: billing name, email, purchase history, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe / Easy Digital Downloads — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications: messages you send via contact forms, email, or support channels.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
Analytics & marketing (only with consent where required): tools such as Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), RB2B visitor identification, and first-party ministry analytics may collect usage data to understand outreach effectiveness.

How we use information

Provide Bible School courses, student dashboards, and ministry resources.
Process store purchases, deliver digital downloads, and send transactional receipts.
Respond to inquiries and provide pastoral / academic support.

We share data with service providers who help us operate the site, including hosting (DreamHost / DreamPress), payment processors (Stripe / EDD), email and CRM tools we configure for ministry follow-up, and analytics vendors listed above when consented. We do not sell personal information for money. Some vendors may process data as independent controllers under their own policies.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and for minors under the supervision of a parent or guardian (for example, homeschool tracks). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. Contact us to request deletion of any such data.

Data retention & security

We retain account, enrollment, and order records as long as needed to provide services, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use HTTPS and industry-standard hosting protections; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including GDPR/CCPA regions), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, and you may opt out of certain advertising/analytics uses. California residents may also request that we not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by CCPA/CPRA — use the consent banner “Essential only” control and contact us for additional requests.

International visitors

Our servers are primarily in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
