Welcome to Twice Born Ministry. By using twicebornministry.com, creating an account, enrolling in Bible School courses, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Ministry & educational nature
TBM provides Christian ministry resources, publishing, and online Bible School education. Course content, AI instructors, and materials are for spiritual formation, study, and ministry training. They are not a substitute for pastoral counseling in crisis, licensed professional advice, or accredited secular university credit unless a specific program expressly states otherwise.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, share credentials improperly, or violate these terms.
Courses & enrollment
Enrollment, pricing, and access rules are described on course and pricing pages. Some content requires an active enrollment or membership. Demo or free-account access may be limited. Staff and unlimited-access members may have broader access as configured by TBM.
Store purchases
Digital products sold via our store are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (including scraping at abusive rates, attempting to breach security, harassing others, uploading malware, or using content for unlawful purposes). Community areas must remain respectful and privacy-conscious.
Intellectual property
Site design, course materials, books, and branding are owned by TBM or its licensors. Personal study use under your enrollment/license is permitted; republication or commercial reuse requires written permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBM disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
