Community Terms of Use

Welcome
Twice Born Ministry (“TBM,” “we,” “us”) offers Pray Chat, Bible Study Chat, and One-on-One Coaching (“Community Features”) to encourage faith in Jesus Christ. By using these features you agree to these terms and our Christian community standards.
Christian Community Standards
- Honor God, Scripture, and one another in speech (Ephesians 4:29).
- No harassment, hate, profanity, sexual content, or promotion of beliefs contrary to historic Christian faith.
- Prayer requests and Bible discussion are public unless otherwise noted. Do not share others’ private details without consent.
- Users under 13 should use Community Features only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Users 13–17 should have parental awareness.
Not Professional Counseling
Community Features provide spiritual encouragement and general Bible teaching. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or professional counseling. Coaches are not licensed therapists. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Prayer & Outcomes
We believe God hears prayer, yet TBM does not guarantee any particular outcome, healing, or answer. Prayer support is offered in faith, not as a contractual promise.
Moderation
Registered users may flag content for review. TBM may remove content, suspend accounts, or deny coach applications at our discretion to protect the community. For moderation concerns, email support@twicebornministry.com.
Coaching
- One-on-one coaching sessions are offered free of charge as a ministry service (about 30 minutes).
- Privacy: Sessions are not recorded. We do not sell your information or use session content for marketing.
- Coaching provides practical biblical advice to renew the mind with God’s Word (Romans 12:2). It is not licensed counseling.
- We ask whether you have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior. If not, we share a clear gospel before (or as) life coaching continues.
- Volunteer coaches may apply after a beliefs quiz. Contact admissions@twicebornministry.com.

Community Features are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBM disclaims liability for decisions you make based on community content, coaching conversations, or automated Bible answers. You use these tools at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
